About returns and exchanges

●In the case of our convenience
We pay close attention to product management and shipping, but in the unlikely event that there is a "defective product (damaged, soiled, etc.)", "wrong product", or "wrong quantity", we will pay the shipping fee to exchange or return the product. We will take care of it. In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.
●Customer convenience
Returns and refunds are also possible due to differences in size, wrong order, wrong image, etc. Please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. If it is more than 7 days, we cannot accept it. However, in the case of the customer's convenience, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer, and the customer will be asked to return the product by prepayment (cash on delivery cannot be accepted).
●About exchange
As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges due to customer reasons such as wrong size, wrong order, or wrong image.
If you would like to exchange an item, please apply for a refund and place a new order. Please note that shipping and return charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases.

When perfume, cigarettes, or other odors adhere to the product when trying it on, or damage such as scratches, stains, frayed threads, or deformation occurs on the product.

Items without tags or accessories

Due to hygienic issues, products that come in direct contact with the skin, such as underwear and stockings, cannot be returned or exchanged.
