About returns and exchanges
●In the case of our convenience

About canceling an order
After shipment, the shipping company will hold the package for a maximum of 7 days regardless of the reason. If you have an absence slip, please request redelivery to the nearest store listed on the absence slip as soon as possible. Please be sure to receive the product.
In the unlikely event that the package is returned due to a long absence, we will keep it for 1 week and if we do not hear from you within 1 week, we will automatically cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, (1) the round-trip shipping fee and packing materials will be billed. If you wish to resend, we will change it to shipping by cash on delivery . Also, if you are absent for a long time even if you resend it, we will charge you the round-trip shipping fee incurred in resending in addition to (1).
