About size exchange
Please refer to the product size chart when purchasing.
In addition, if the size of the product you received does not fit, please contact us as we accept "first size exchange".
<Notes>
・We ask that you prepay the return shipping fee at the customer's expense.
*In the case of our convenience ("defective product (damaged, soiled, etc.)", "wrong product", "wrong quantity"), we will exchange or return the product at our expense.
・Please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. If it is more than 7 days, we cannot accept it.
・Refunds will be provided for exchanges where there is a shortage of a specific size or color.
・Please note that it will take at least 2 weeks to 1 month to process an exchange or refund.
・Please be careful not to get perfume, cosmetics, cigarette odors, etc.
・Please return the product in the same condition as it was delivered, including the inner bag and accessories.
・Please make sure that the packaging material has adequate strength and that the product will not be damaged during delivery.
・Unauthorized returns are not possible, so please be sure to contact us in advance.

We cannot accept exchanges or refunds in the following cases.
・If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived
・If the product is returned without contacting us from the inquiry form
・If the design is not to your liking
・If the customer has odors (perfume, cosmetics, cigarette odors, etc.), scratches, or stains on the product.
・When foreign matter is attached (animal hair, other fibers, dust, etc.)
・If the item has been reworked or washed
・If the product tag, sewn brand name, or quality label is damaged or removed.
・If there is no package, tag (attached to the package), or accessories included with the product, or if the product is damaged.
・When excessive returns and exchanges are repeated
・Other cases where we determine that we cannot accept exchanges
